HOUSE WARMING AMBASSADOR
Help make the Ronald McDonald House as warm and welcoming as possible for the families staying in our home-away-from-home. Work a three-hour shift, every week, or every other week. House Warming Ambassadors give tours to families and community groups, keep our spaces clean and tidy, answer phones, stock supplies around the House, and most importantly provide smiles and comfort to families in need. HOUSEKEEPING VOLUNTEER
Come in on a regular basis as an individual, or come as a group (up to 15) to help keep the Ronald McDonald House as clean as possible. A clean, uncluttered home reduces the stress for our families who already have enough on their minds. Our 80 families make a lot of dirty laundry. To help us keep our costs down, we love the help of people willing to do our house linens (sheets, towels, blankets, spreads). Help us keep the wheels moving efficiently and effectively by helping us prepare for events, enter data, create mailings, and improve our internal documentation and processes. You can become a baking volunteer and bring goodies in on a regular basis, or just drop off your baked goodies once in a while. The families love that little cookie pick-me-up they get from home baked goodies. CRAFTSMAN or LANDSCAPING VOLUNTEER
Come in on a regular basis as an individual, be "on-call", or come as a group (up to 15) to lend your specialized skills in woodworking, plumbing, painting, handy-man, heavy-lifting, or landscaping and flower planting skills. POP TAB COLLECTORS
Join us in our efforts to save pop tabs to help the families at the Ronald McDonald House. These little tabs are weighed and recycled, and in 2009 we raised over $18,000 to support the House. Please call Kali at 614-227-3735 to learn more.
